Job Title: Senior Project Finance Analyst (Part-time)

Job Summary:
As a Finance Professional at WSP Middle East, you will provide comprehensive financial support and guidance to project leaders throughout the lifecycle of projects. You will manage all financial aspects of projects, including cost budgets, sub-consultant management, and invoice management. This role requires strong expertise in project finance and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Provide financial support and guidance to project leaders on all aspects of project financials.
2. Manage financial aspects of projects from prospect to close-out, ensuring alignment with quality management systems and project life cycle.
3. Develop and maintain comprehensive project financial reports to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.
4. Attend project review meetings, prepare financial data, and address relevant project finance actions.
5. Ensure accurate reflection of project progress and forecast revenue based on the latest information available.
6. Review and approve internal and external sub-consultant project invoices, keeping sub-consultants informed on project progress and payment schedules.
7. Provide ad-hoc reporting and reconciliations as requested by project leaders and business unit leaders.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or Finance.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a commercial/project finance environment.
- Experience in working on design-based/lump sum fee projects is preferred.
- Construction and consultancy experience in the Middle East is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced level in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Previous exposure to Oracle, Agresso, or similar financial reporting systems/ERPs.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced challenging environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
