Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure maintenance strategies align with high operational excellence and service standards. Apply creative thinking to develop and implement effective solutions for maintenance challenges, especially when conventional resources or parts are unavailable. Ensure reliable operation of all systems within the technical domain, maintaining high standards for luxury and seamless guest experiences. Drive the implementation of maintenance strategies that promote longevity and efficiency of the facilities' systems. Demonstrate a strong capacity for innovation, particularly in overcoming logistical challenges related to the remote location of Sindalah. Lead by example in adaptability, delivering solutions in a fast-paced and evolving luxury environment.
