Position Title: CCTV Operator Roles &amp; Responsibilities: As a CCTV Operator, your main responsibilities include: - Ensuring that the CCTV license is always present and readily available for inspection by authorities. - Monitoring the functionality of CCTV, PA system, Fire Alarm, and Fire Fighting System, promptly reporting any issues to the maintenance department and supervisor. - Maintaining DVR recordings for at least 31 days in compliance with Dubai Police requirements. - Restricting access to the CCTV room to authorized personnel only, and refraining from answering any telephones within the control room. - Following instructions provided by the Supervisor and Senior Supervisor diligently. - Immediately informing the site supervisor of any incidents or occurrences. - Maintaining accurate records while on duty. - Ensuring clear, concise, and accurate communication over radio channels in English, and familiarity with various radio codes. - Keeping the area around the Duty Post neat and tidy. - Informing the Security Supervisor and the Client if the Local Authority enters the premises. - Never leaving the post unattended without proper reliever and supervisor's approval. - Using company properties and equipment for reporting security-related matters for service purposes only, avoiding personal use. - Avoiding socializing or unnecessary interaction with customers or service providers beyond the requirements of duty.
