The role involves specializing in the Oil &amp; Gas sector and enhancing existing solutions through emerging technologies. Roles &amp; Responsibilities: Market, Leadership and Growth: - Maintain executive-level client relationship management skills to engage with senior management. - Partner with onshore teams to conduct internal audits and internal control engagements for global clients. - Participate in business development efforts and specialize in engagements within the Oil &amp; Gas sector (Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream). - Support innovation initiatives leveraging emerging technologies like IoT, Robotics, AI, and Advanced Analytics. - Collaborate with colleagues across multiple service lines and monitor industry news and trends. - Actively participate in Oil &amp; Gas sector pursuits, showcasing sector skills to enhance team offerings. Skills and Attributes for Success: - Exceptional command of spoken and written English. - Flexibility for global mobility and travel to onsite locations. - Highly analytical, organized, and meticulous consulting skills. - Strong academic background (degree in Business, Accounting, or similar; advanced degree preferred). - Proficient in MS-Office Suite and data analysis/validation. - Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize deliverables effectively. Qualifications: - 4-5 years of professional experience in risk, internal audit, or internal controls. - Specialization in Oil &amp; Gas sector engagements across the value chain. - Experience in areas such as exploration, drilling, production, transport, and regulatory reviews. - Strong academic history with a degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, or similar. - At least one professional certification (e.g., Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Accountant). - Strong multi-project management skills and the ability to motivate high-performance teams.
