Job Description: Quality Assurance Manager Responsibilities: 1. Lead, verify, review, and control the shift QA lab and line operation activities to ensure on-time delivery of accurate results and implementation of proficiency testing and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) for the QA Laboratories. 2. Ensure compliance to PEP MCPs MSPs throughout the production runs. 3. Manage the Packaging material laboratory to ensure all materials comply with PEP and Menabev requirements and implement the NCR program in coordination with Vendor Assurance and QS team. 4. Ensure consistent adherence to SOPs by process owners and oversee equipment maintenance, calibration, and good working condition. 5. Collaborate with other departments in the qualification process of ingredients, raw materials, and packaging materials. 6. Review Quality data, trends, and collaborate with process owners on continuous improvement initiatives. 7. Manage LIMS and its related functions with Warehouse management and Manufacturing Execution systems. 8. Assist the QA Manager in quality and food safety risk assessments; help formulate and implement corrective and preventive actions. Verify and validate specific CCPs and OPRPs to ensure compliance. 9. Assist in investigations, root cause analysis, and problem-solving related to in-plant and customer issues. 10. Assist the QA Manager in the implementation of strategic projects contributing to continuous improvement in business, quality, and personnel. 11. Motivate QA Team effectively through coaching and performance appraisal, provide refresher courses, and lead troubleshooting using World Class tools (PDCA, 5-Whys, SPC, etc.). Implement the training requirements to develop the capabilities of the QA staff. 12. Lead people development initiatives to increase the level of competency of all staff. 13. Control and monitor OPEX/CAPEX budgets for QA operations. Keep track of quality and food safety-related KPIs and issues; recommend solutions. 14. Ensure compliance with 3-D, SC&amp;O, AIBI, FSSC22000 standards, HSE, WCM, Local Regulatory Requirements, and PepsiCo Best Practice Tools. Skills: - Knowledge of FSSC22000, Laboratory Management System, or similar quality systems. Preferably experienced in Quality Management System. - Fluent in English communication (oral and written). - Knowledge of health, safety, and environment. - Performance Monitoring. - ERP knowledge. - LIMS knowledge. - Knowledge of Food Packaging Law. - Computer proficiency.

Quality Assurance Lead

Job Description: Quality Assurance OfficerJob Purpose:Ensure the implementation of the quality assurance system, conduct quality audits, monitor and record results from processes and procedures within manufacturing, and ensure the ongoing reliability of the manufacturing process.Accountabilities:1. Oversight and conduct QA activities (RM/FG inspection, line Quality operations) to ensure on-time delivery of accurate results and implementation of proficiency testing and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) for QA Laboratories.2. Conduct physio-chemical tests on raw and process materials using approved procedures at required frequencies, ensuring beverage production compliance with specifications.3. Use LIMS system for executing all necessary work, including hold, release, and data updates.4. Review and update all QA test methods along with relevant records.5. Monitor specific production line CCPs and OPRPs.6. Monitor GLP/standards inside laboratories, maintaining operational standards.7. Operate lab instruments and equipment, coordinating with QA Section Head for accurate and timely execution of work.8. Calibrate tools and equipment, reporting any abnormalities.9. Ensure compliance with 3-D, SC&amp;O, AIBI, FSSC22000, ISO 17025 standards, HSE, WCM, Local Regulatory Requirements, and PepsiCo Best Practice Tools.Skills:Basic Job Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Medical Technology, Biochemistry, or any Science-related course (preferably Food Science) or equivalent qualification.- Preferably with FMCG manufacturing experience in the quality department.- Experience in ISO 17025 is an advantage.- Intermediate level in English communication (oral and written).- Computer proficient.
