Job Opportunity: Sales Associate - Fashion Retail

Position: Sales Associate

Location: Abu Dhabi

Responsibilities:

1. Client Experience:

- Create a luxurious experience for clients entering the boutique, aligning with Chanel’s exceptional services.

- Ensure clients receive a warm welcome, fostering strong relationships and encouraging brand loyalty.

2. Selling Ceremony:

- Advise, guide, and assist customers, providing information on current fashion trends to build customer confidence and relationships.

- Ensure accurate adherence to sales procedures.

3. Boutique Organization:

- Uphold grooming standards in line with Chanel's image and boutique charter.

- Understand and maintain all boutique areas according to current merchandising standards.

- Regularly check stock levels, participate in inventory management, including cycle counts and restocking.

4. Collaboration:

- Work effectively and efficiently with colleagues and management.

Qualifications:

- 3 to 5 years of sales experience in a Fashion Retail environment.

- Good understanding of the UAE market and its clients.

- Fashion enthusiast with a strong service-oriented approach.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and styling skills.
