Admin Officer

Department Overview:
The HR & Admin department oversees recruitment, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations. It collaborates closely with other departments to ensure Jetex has the talent to achieve strategic objectives.
Job Purpose:
Establish communication channels between the company and government entities.
Key Responsibilities:
Core Duties:
- Manage legal paperwork and documentation.
- Serve as a liaison between the company and government organizations.
- Visit free zones and government offices.
- Provide efficient services for all Government-related tasks.
- Visit clients to deliver documents and collect cheques.
- Procurement tasks adhering to company policy.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Compliance-related Duties:
- Adhere to documented procedures and retain evidence of performance.
- Exercise duty of care and comply with health and safety policies.
Requirements:
Qualification:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Arabic Speaker.
Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years of admin, PRO, or aviation field experience.
Skillset:
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written/verbal).
- Computer literacy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
