Arabic Assistant Teacher

Job Title: Arabic Assistant Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

- Classroom Support: Assist the lead teacher in delivering a high-quality learning experience for children, including supporting with lesson plans, activities, and classroom management.
- Student Interaction: Engage with students in both Arabic and English to support their learning and development. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Curriculum Implementation: Help implement educational activities and ensure they are delivered in line with the nursery’s curriculum and educational goals.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with parents and caregivers regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Record Keeping: Assist with maintaining records of students’ progress and behavior, and contribute to reports and assessments as required.
- Safety and Welfare: Ensure the safety and well-being of students in accordance with nursery policies and safeguarding practices.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities and contribute to the nursery’s growth and improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field.
- Qualifications: CACHE Level 3 or 5 certification.
- Experience: Minimum of two years of teaching experience in a nursery setting.
- Language Skills: Bilingual in Arabic and English.
- Visa Status: Preference for candidates on a spouse visa.
- Background Check: Must provide a current police criminal clearance check or equivalent from the home country or current country of residence prior to appointment.
