Job Description: Architect - ARABIC SPEAKER

Location: Abu Dhabi

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- 10-20 years of site experience in interior design execution, with a focus on residential villas or hotels.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and construction methodologies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards in Abu Dhabi.
- Proven experience in overseeing and executing interior design projects from conception to completion.
- Preference for candidates of Arab nationality due to cultural and language considerations.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and oversee the execution of interior design projects:
- Ensure adherence to design specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the design team to provide consultancy, ensuring design feasibility and practicality during the execution phase.

2. Regular site visits and supervision:
- Conduct regular site visits to supervise progress.
- Resolve any on-site issues that may arise during the construction phase.

3. Collaboration and Communication:
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain clear communication between the design team, clients, and on-site workers to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.

4. Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards throughout the execution process.

Skills:

- Extensive experience in interior design execution and consultancy.
- Profound knowledge of construction materials, methods, and detailing.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges effectively.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to diverse project requirements.

Qualification:

- Bachelors or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior design.
