Job Title: Auto AC Electrician for Automobile Industry

As an Auto AC Electrician, you will be responsible for installing and repairing automotive air-conditioning units in line with dealership and factory quality standards. Your role involves diagnosing malfunctions, performing repairs, and ensuring that vehicles are maintained in top condition. You will work closely with parts departments, service advisors, and customers to provide efficient and accurate service.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Installation and Repair:
- Install and repair automotive air-conditioning units following dealership and factory guidelines.

- Repair Orders:
- Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.

- Diagnosis:
- Diagnose the cause of malfunctions and carry out necessary repairs.

- Parts Coordination:
- Communicate with the parts department to obtain required parts and save/tag parts if under warranty or requested by the customer.

- Safety Checks:
- Examine assigned vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required or recommended.

- Communication:
- Inform the service advisor immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is unnecessary, or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time.

- Documentation:
- Document all work performed and recommended on the repair order.

- Vehicle Maintenance:
- Ensure that customers' vehicles are kept clean and notify the service advisor immediately of any changes in the vehicle's appearance or condition.

- Tool Management:
- Maintain and be accountable for all dealership-owned tools and manuals, returning them in the same condition as received.

- Regulations Compliance:
- Stay informed about and comply with federal, state, and local regulations affecting service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal and OSHA Right-to-Know.

- Safety:
- Operate all tools and equipment safely and report any safety issues to management immediately.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Auto AC Electrician in the UAE.

- Location:
- Candidates must be currently based in the UAE.
