Job Title: Business Development Executive
Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Executive specializing in the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the food service sector, particularly focusing on meat sales to hotels, wholesale channels, and other related sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Identification: Proactively identify potential customers in the food service sector, focusing on meat sales to hotels and wholesale channels.
- Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company's products and services.
- Customer Support: Address customer issues promptly and effectively, communicating necessary information to the immediate manager.
- Sales Reporting: Produce monthly sales reports and support the product development team by testing new product releases.
- Brand Representation: Project a positive image of the company to all customers and stakeholders.
- Receivables Management: Collect company receivables efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Promotions & Product Launches: Implement promotions and assist in the rollout of new products to the market.
- Team Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain excellent rapport with customers to foster long-term business relationships.
- Sales Execution: Sell company products within designated channels and ensure diligent adherence to the sales route.
- Market Intelligence: Report competitor activities and trends within the marketplace to stay ahead in the industry.
- Compliance: Uphold corporate integrity and values, ensuring all activities comply with Al Islami policies and procedures, as well as local and federal laws.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Sales Representative, with at least 3 years of experience in Sales or FMCG, and 3 years of experience in the UAE market.
- Driving License: Must have a current UAE Driving License.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the food service sector, particularly within the HORECA industry.
