Role Description:

This is a remote contract role for a Business Development Specialist. The Business Development Specialist, proficient in both English and Arabic, will undertake daily tasks including lead generation, market research, email marketing, and growth strategy. Working remotely, they will identify and pursue business opportunities to drive growth and achieve sales targets, leveraging their experience within an agency setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends, developing targeted strategies to capitalize on market opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities, managing the sales process from initial contact to deal closure.

Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and solutions to help them achieve their business goals.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional client satisfaction.

Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.

Marketing and CRM:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture leads, driving conversion and retention.
- Manage community engagement efforts across relevant platforms, fostering brand advocacy and loyalty.
- Build and optimize sales funnels to maximize conversion rates and customer lifetime value.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of CRM systems to track customer interactions and manage sales processes effectively.

Public Relations:
- Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation, securing media coverage and industry recognition.
- Cultivate relationships with key media contacts and influencers to amplify brand messaging and storytelling.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and PR metrics to evaluate effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments as needed.


- Analytical, Market Research, and Lead Generation skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- 5 years of experience in agency settings.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Experience in business development or sales.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and marketing tools.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
