Job Title: Light Duty Driver Roles &amp; Responsibilities - Delivery and Pickup: - Responsible for delivering goods to and from designated locations on time. - Prepare receipts and verify orders to ensure accurate delivery. - Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance: - Inspect the vehicle before starting each delivery/movement. - Perform minor repairs and proper care of the vehicle to reduce repair costs and avoid delays. - Loading and Unloading: - Handle loading and unloading with care to prevent transit damage. - Follow safety norms during these processes. - Procedure Compliance: - Adhere to company delivery procedures and maintain vehicle movement records. - Safe Operation: - Operate the company vehicle with care, avoiding damages to minimize maintenance costs. - Follow traffic rules and road safety norms to avoid accidents and maintain the company’s image. Light Duty Driver

Job Title: Quality Controller Roles &amp; Responsibilities: - Ensure total work quality and repair processes meet manufacturer standards. - Supervise, quality test, and guide the repair work. - Ensure timely completion of jobs as per delivery schedules. - Coordinate with job controllers for optimal labor and bay utilization. - Monitor workshop efficiency and productivity. - Enforce workshop safety procedures and requirements as per SOP (personal safety, equipment safety, customer vehicles, etc.). - Ensure work instructions are strictly followed. - Maintain cleanliness in the workshop and among technicians. - Coordinate with controllers regarding overtime schedules for technicians when necessary. - Collaborate with the parts department for unavailable parts. - Provide technical diagnosis assistance to technicians and front-line staff. - Interact with and explain technical issues to customers when required. - Motivate technicians and foster teamwork. - Ensure achievement of workshop targets (both financial and non-financial). - Share and explain PSU/technical bulletins with technicians. - Provide on-the-job training for technicians. - Maintain good interpersonal relationships with subordinates and superiors. Desired Candidate Profile: - Degree or 3-year diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering. - 3-5 years of practical experience in a dealership, with a minimum of 2 years at a supervisory level.
