Job Title: Center Manager for Education Institute

A reputed educational firm with multiple branches in the UAE is seeking a Center Manager/Centre Head to oversee operations in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in the education sector or sales.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle inquiries (telephonic and walk-in) and manage sales processes.
- Conduct tele-calling and counseling sessions for parents regarding training programs.
- Organize seminars and workshops for students and parents.
- Facilitate communication between teachers and parents, maintaining positive relationships.
- Manage enrollment forms and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Report regularly to senior center managers and handle petty cash.
- Follow up on outstanding fees and bounced cheques.

General Criteria:

- Nationality: Indian
- Age: 24 to 35 (preferably with experience in the education industry or sales)
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
- Experience: 2 years and above in relevant fields
- Work Timings:
- Monday to Thursday: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
- Wednesday: Weekly Off

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Strong fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
- Passion for sales with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
- Previous experience in sales and/or the education sector is preferred.
- Experience in the GCC region is an advantage.
