Job Title: Creative Content Designer

Job Summary:

The Creative Content Designer will create compelling visual designs and content for the Operations Planning & Support Department. This role involves designing presentation materials, event graphics, and other visual communication elements using various design software tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Design: Develop visually appealing designs for various materials including presentation slides, event flyers, posters, and graphical content to effectively communicate complex ideas.

- Design Creation: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create, edit, and proofread both technical and non-technical content for reports, presentations, and visual communications.

- Content Development: Design engaging and informative content for platforms such as PowerPoint presentations, publications, and digital media.

- Event Graphics: Customize graphics for team events and manage the visual aspects of event materials.

- Technical Skills: Maintain and apply technical skills in design software for project execution and ensure proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

- Document Management: Organize and manage physical and digital documents and files, handle databases, prepare and print documents, and produce presentations.

- Meeting Support: Organize and service meetings, including producing agendas, taking minutes, and coordinating logistics.

- Communication: Distribute memos, notes, messages, and written communications within the organization.

- Operational Efficiency: Perform duties aimed at enhancing profitability through optimized operational costs and comply with HSE policies and guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Applications, or a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in Graphic Design, demonstrating extensive expertise in creating content and visual materials.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office and design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong typing skills and knowledge of digital content creation are essential.
