Job Description
Job Title: Customer Experience Agent
Skills:

- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); General know-how of warehouse management system; Exposure to other logistics software is a plus

- External: Customers, Vendors, Suppliers
Qualifications & Characteristics:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in the GCC (UAE experience preferred) in a similar industry is an added advantage.
- Fluency in English is a must (Must be able to "Read," "Write," and “Communicate"); Knowledge of Arabic is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong Interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and communication skills.
- Good organizational skills, ability to multi-task, attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Computer Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); General know-how of warehouse management system usage; Exposure to other logistics software is a plus.
