About the Remote Role
At SmileHandyy, we're seeking a high-quality Customer Service & Operations Officer to help us build businesses that prioritize customer delight. In this role, you'll collaborate with our team to solve problems, drive customer retention, and enhance service quality with our partners. Acting as a bridge between customers and service providers, you'll ensure that customers receive a smooth and delightful experience. This is a remote position with the possibility of on-site engagement.
Job Responsibilities
- Shape the customer experience on our platform.
- Engage with customers through voice and non-voice channels, both inbound and outbound.
- Foster customer loyalty and drive repeat sales.
- Conduct feedback surveys with customers and service partners.
- Manage service partners, providing feedback and implementing strategies for improvement.
- Conduct online training and inductions for service partners.
- Actively manage social media channels, responding to queries and posting updates.
Job Requirements
- Drive and passion for solving large and complex problems.
- Ideally, 2-5 years of experience in customer service, sales, consulting, or early-stage startup operations.
