Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative

- Ensure patients are greeted and attended to in an efficient, courteous, and responsive manner at all times.
- Attend reception calls both internal and external.
- Maintain a well-organized and staffed reception area.
- Represent the group professionally in interactions with patients and colleagues.
- Check patient eligibility, insurance details, input information, and book appointments.
- Handle cashiering duties.
- Complete daily reports and other administrative tasks.

Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English are essential.
- Customer service-oriented behavior.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Proven work experience as a receptionist/front office representative or similar role.
- Experience in the medical/dental field is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Computer literate, well-organized, and attention to detail.
