Job Title: Emirati Librarian Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage the overall operations of the library, ensuring efficient and effective library services.
- Develop and implement library policies and procedures in line with organizational goals and standards.
- Oversee the acquisition, cataloging, and circulation of library materials.
- Provide leadership and supervision to library staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Plan and coordinate library programs, events, and exhibitions to engage the community.
- Collaborate with educational institutions and community organizations to promote library services.
- Maintain library facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for patrons.
- Stay updated with trends and developments in library science and information management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Nationality: UAE (Emirati)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a library setting.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of library management systems and digital library resources.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
