Job Title: Female Staff Nurse (Home Care)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Female Staff Nurse for home care to provide high-quality medical and emotional support to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of home care procedures, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering empathetic care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Patient Care:
- Assist physicians and registered nurses in delivering patient care.
- Perform diverse care tasks and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

- Home Care Standards:
- Familiarize with home care health, safety, and sanitation standards and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices.

- Medical Monitoring and Documentation:
- Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate.
- Monitor patients’ conditions, including fluid intake and output, and maintain patient charts.
- Utilize EMR documentation effectively.

- Daily Assistance:
- Assist patients with daily activities such as eating, bathing, and other essential tasks.
- Administer injections, prescribed medications, enemas, and other basic medical care tasks.
- Clean and dress wounds and provide other necessary medical care.

- Emotional Support:
- Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and communicate with their family or friends for advice and comfort.

- Compliance and Communication:
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of patient conditions and any changes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science of Nursing or a 2-year Associate Degree.
- Valid DOH/DHA and home country license.
- Degree attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, UAE.

- Certifications:
- Active and valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

- Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare or home care facility as an Assistant Nurse.
