Job Description
Job Title: Head of HR & Admin
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of HR & Admin to manage all HR activities and administrative functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and UAE labor laws, with the ability to implement effective HR strategies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- HR Management:
- Handle all HR activities including recruitment and selection.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Annual Leave Management:
- Calculate leave balances and facilitate the handover of employee files to the Accounts Department for leave settlement.
- Update and maintain leave records for all employees.
- Attendance Tracking:
- Collect, download, and verify attendance sheets; inform employees of any discrepancies.
- Monitor the missed attendance register for Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
- Employee Tracking:
- Maintain the “Employee Out of Country” list and submit to Accounts Department monthly.
- Payroll:
- Consolidate timesheets and provide them to the Accounts Department for payroll processing.
- Performance Appraisal:
- Manage and oversee performance appraisal processes.
- Public Relations Coordination:
- Coordinate public relations activities and manage employee communications.
- Visa and Repatriation Arrangements:
- Handle arrangements for visa cancellations, repatriation, and exit procedures for employees.
- Employee Complaints Management:
- Address and resolve employee complaints and feedback.
- Employee Documentation:
- Maintain and update filing systems for all employee-related documents including Emirates ID, passport, visa copies, and insurance documents.
- Track and manage the expiration of employee documents such as visas, labor cards, and insurance, providing timely reminders for renewals.
- Maintain documents related to tenancy contracts, power of attorney, and trade agreements on the server.
- HR Correspondence:
- Prepare all HR correspondence such as memos, forms, certificates, etc.
