Job Description

Job Title: Head of Legal Affairs
Experience: 2 - 8 Years
Education: Bachelor of Laws (LLB)

The Head of Legal Affairs will oversee all legal matters within the organization, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while supporting business operations. This role requires a strong understanding of legal terminology and contract regulations, particularly within the hospitality sector.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Contract Management:
- Draft and revise a variety of contracts with customers.
- Ensure the organization’s internal contract documents are accurate and well-maintained.
- Create, prepare, review, and edit all contracts.

- Advisory Role:
- Meet with customers to discuss both legal and business matters.
- Provide advice and guidance to various teams regarding contract generation.
- Support management in new potential business opportunities and advise on legal implications.

- Relationship Management:
- Maintain excellent working relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth contract implementation.

- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to enhance business processes and devise plans for implementation.
- Analyze data and create reports to identify areas for business growth.

- Project Bidding and Negotiation:
- Bid on new projects and negotiate contract terms to ensure favorable outcomes for the organization.
- Supervise the implementation of contracts to optimize efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is mandatory.
- Solid understanding of legal terminology and contract regulations, preferably within the hospitality sector.
- Proven ability to work as part of a multidimensional team.
- Strong attention to detail with superior organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Capable of professionally managing confidential information.
- Demonstrated creative problem-solving abilities.
