Role Description:
We are currently seeking a Health Safety Environment (HSE) Engineer to join our team at Al Khaleej Steel Industries LLC in Abu Dhabi. This full-time on-site position is essential for managing our health and safety programs, conducting comprehensive risk assessments, implementing effective safety engineering solutions, and providing training on safety protocols. You will also play a key role in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and driving Kaizen initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee health and safety programs and policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards.
- Implement safety engineering solutions to enhance workplace safety.
- Provide training and resources to staff on safety protocols and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international health and safety regulations.
- Drive Kaizen initiatives to continuously improve safety practices and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience in Health & Safety, particularly in the manufacturing sector within the UAE (Abu Dhabi preferred).
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHAD, DuPont, etc.) and Kaizen methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and training capabilities.
