Job Title: Insurance Supervisor

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the insurance-related processes within the medical institution.
- Handle pre-approval processes for medical procedures and services.
- Ensure accurate and timely medical coding for billing and claims submission.
- Supervise a team of insurance coordinators or related staff.
- Collaborate with insurance companies to facilitate smooth claims processing.
- Stay updated on changes in insurance regulations and policies.
- Provide training to staff on insurance-related processes and documentation.
- Review and audit insurance-related documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Resolve issues and discrepancies related to insurance claims and billing.
- Communicate effectively with patients, insurance companies, and internal staff.

Requirements:

- Arabic nationality preferred.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role is a plus.
- Familiarity with insurance processes in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of medical coding systems and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
