Job Overview:

We are seeking skilled ITI or Diploma holders in Mechanical Engineering to join our team as Machine Operators in the Foundry Industry. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery related to moulding, melting, and coating processes. These roles are essential to ensuring high-quality production and efficient operations within our foundry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Melting Operator: Operate and monitor melting equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Moulding Operator: Manage moulding processes and machinery, ensuring precision and consistency in production.
- Core Setting Operator: Set up and maintain core setting machines, ensuring accurate and efficient operation.
- Fettling Operator: Perform fettling tasks to remove excess material and ensure high-quality finishes on cast products.
- Machine Shop Operator: Operate various machines within the machine shop, ensuring adherence to production specifications.
- Pattern Shop Operator: Handle pattern making and maintenance tasks, ensuring accuracy and durability of patterns.
- Paint Shop Operator: Operate powder and liquid coating machinery to apply finishes to products.
- Powder Coating Operator: Manage powder coating processes and machinery, ensuring even application and quality.
- Liquid Coating Operator: Oversee liquid coating processes and equipment, ensuring proper coverage and adherence to standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Qualifications: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Relevant experience in machine operation within the foundry industry.
