Kitchen Technician

Position Title: Kitchen Technician

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and serviced to prevent breakdowns.
Perform preventive maintenance and complete tasks quickly and efficiently to satisfy guest needs.
Respond to equipment breakdowns and be available in case of emergencies, applying appropriate actions as per hotel policies and standards.
Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to protect the health and safety of guests and colleagues and to conserve the environment.
Comply with the hotel's environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.

Skills

Education, Qualifications & Experiences:

Ideal candidate holds a high/low-pressure boiler operator license.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Proven knowledge in the operation of equipment such as steam engines, generators, motors, turbines, and/or steam boilers.
Proficiency in the English language.
Ability to identify faults and rectify subsystems.
