Job Title: Lifting Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lifting Plans and Execution:
- Develop and write detailed lifting plans for critical operations in oil & gas environments.
- Supervise and execute lifting activities, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

- HSE Focus:
- Emphasize Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) priorities, leading a team of Crane Operators, Riggers, and Banksmen.
- Promote and enforce safe lifting practices across various organizational locations.

- Standards and Excellence:
- Be knowledgeable about international standards related to lifting engineering practices.
- Interpret and apply these standards effectively to ensure operational excellence and efficient change management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education:
- Hold a 3-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

- Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in oil & gas offshore and onshore lifting operations.
- At least 5 years in a similar position, demonstrating expertise in lifting engineering and management.

- Competency:
- Adequate training and hands-on professional experience.
- Competent to act as an Appointed Person for lifting equipment.
