Job Description

As a Management Trainee in the Food & Beverage (F&B) Service department, you will immerse yourself in various sections of the department to gain comprehensive knowledge and prepare for a future managerial role. Your responsibilities will include:

- Rotating through different sections of the F&B Service department to work with diverse teams and gain a thorough understanding of operations.
- Adapting to different work environments and collaborating with various departments.
- Learning about international policies and practices relevant to the organization.
- Observing experienced team members to understand methods and procedures.
- Participating in goal-setting and objective discussions with management.
- Monitoring progress with the support of key team members.
- Communicating effectively with department members and demonstrating sensitivity to cultural differences.

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Available for a 6-month internship.
- Passionate about delivering excellent service and collaborating effectively in a team.
