Job Description
Job Title: Office Administrator
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Record Management:
Maintain and update office records, including employee files, contracts, and other important documents.
- Filing Systems:
Implement and manage both physical and electronic filing systems to ensure efficient document retrieval and storage.
- Report Preparation:
Prepare and maintain reports and records for various departments, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Database Maintenance:
Maintain and update databases, ensuring information is accurate and current.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Experience:
Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Competencies:
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
