Job Overview:

Ducast Factory LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Powder Coating Painter to join our team in Kizad, Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying high-quality powder coating finishes to metal components and products, ensuring all work meets our stringent quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare surfaces for powder coating, including cleaning, sanding, and applying pre-treatment chemicals.
- Set up and operate powder coating equipment, including spray guns, booths, and ovens.
- Select and mix powder coating materials to achieve desired colors and finishes.
- Apply powder coating finishes uniformly to metal components, ensuring consistent quality.
- Monitor the coating process to ensure proper thickness, adhesion, and coverage.
- Inspect finished products for any defects, performing touch-ups or adjustments as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of powder coating equipment and the work area.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and uphold quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in powder coating application is preferred.
- Proficient knowledge of powder coating materials, techniques, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical condition and stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects.
- Willingness to comply with safety guidelines and wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
