Job Title: Public Relations Officer

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Public Relations Officer to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing various administrative and legal tasks related to visas, housing, licenses, and documentation. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in handling regulatory requirements, excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, and experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordination: Collaborate with the Personnel & Administrative Officer to manage new recruit issues, including visas, housing, and necessary documentation.
- Documentation: Prepare Arabic documents related to visas, sponsorships, labor cards, licenses, and permits for submission to relevant authorities.
- File Management: Work with HR personnel to ensure that personnel files are up-to-date and comply with UAE regulations.
- Government Liaison: Follow up with government authorities, banks, insurance companies, and other relevant entities on the company’s behalf.
- Regulation Compliance: Keep current with laws and regulations affecting the company’s staff and maintain an updated database of legal documents.
- Accommodation Coordination: Manage the leasing of accommodations for company staff as approved by management.
- Vehicle Clearance: Assist with the clearance of new vehicles from the port and Customs authorities and coordinate vehicle insurance.
- Vehicle Registration: Handle the registration of customer vehicles.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the Senior PRO, HR Manager, and Admin & HR Director.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education: University Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Languages: Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office.
- License: Valid UAE driving license.
