Job Title: QAQC Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Inspections and Testing:
- Conduct inspections and tests on materials, equipment, and construction processes to ensure compliance with regulations and specifications.

- Quality Requirements:
- Review project plans and specifications to identify quality requirements and develop inspection and testing plans.

- Non-conformities Reporting:
- Document and report any non-conformities or deficiencies in materials, equipment, or construction processes.

- Issue Resolution:
- Collaborate with project team members to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.

- Quality Control Enforcement:
- Monitor and enforce quality control procedures and standards throughout the project.

- Documentation:
- Ensure that all required quality documentation is completed and maintained.

- Audits Participation:
- Participate in internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality standards.

- Training and Education:
- Train and educate project team members on quality control procedures and best practices.

- Industry Standards Awareness:
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to quality control.

- Continuous Improvement:
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality control processes and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.

- Certifications:
- Professional certification in quality control or quality assurance, such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA).

- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction or engineering industry.

- Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards, such as ISO.
- Experience with conducting inspections and audits, and implementing corrective actions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing project documentation and conducting quality inspections.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
