Job Title: RCM Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Fluency in Arabic with 8 to 10+ years of work experience in the healthcare sector, particularly with Providers in the UAE (Preferably Abu Dhabi experience).
- Proficient knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) including Payer and Regulator guidelines in the UAE.
- Education background in healthcare or life sciences.
- Demonstrated leadership and strong customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze claims and present findings effectively.
- Possession of a valid UAE driving license.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).

Desired Candidate Profile:
