Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated female Recreation Receptionist to join our team. As a Recreation Receptionist, you will be responsible for efficiently managing health club reception duties, creating a welcoming environment, and ensuring that all processes related to pool, beach, and recreation facilities are carried out smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Reception Management:
- Oversee all reservations, payment, and tracking procedures for pool, beach, and recreation facilities.
- Create a warm and friendly atmosphere for guests and members.
- Issue and retrieve locker keys and towels before and after use.
- Post charges in the micros system for any incurred by guests and members and carry out correct accounting procedures.

- Customer Service:
- Promote all classes, activities, and services offered within the club.
- Encourage sales through full product and price knowledge of offered facilities.
- Assist the Fitness Instructor in ensuring members and guests follow safety procedures, rules, and regulations.

- Facility Management:
- Periodically check on the cleanliness and order of locker facilities.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, clean, and stocked with necessary materials (towels, newspapers, magazines, advertising material).

- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and other relevant data.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the health club operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Education & Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality or a related field.
- Previous work experience in a hotel or similar environment is preferred.

- Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and a customer-focused approach.
- Computer skills are an advantage.
