Job Title: Public Relations Officer (PRO) Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Job Type: Full-time Job Description: A company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a full-time Public Relations Officer (PRO). The ideal candidate should be a native Arabic speaker with a strong background in the UAE Labour law and experience in a similar position in Abu Dhabi. Work Duties: - Collect and provide regular updates on work and migration standards from government offices. - Ensure timely processing of new work and business visas. - Renew, update, and maintain all employees' visas and work contracts. - Keep business and trade licenses updated, follow up on approvals and permits. - Prepare and process legal documents such as rent contract attestation. - Represent the company at various government offices and departments. - Handle general inquiries related to PRO functions. - Assist in resolving issues related to company vehicle registration and renewals. - Obtain visas from different embassies for business-related travels. - Knowledgeable about the process of obtaining residency permits.
