Position: Airline Sales Director - MEA Region

We have an exciting opportunity for an Airline Sales Director in the MEA region. The Sales Director will lead the definition and execution of a business development plan for Sabre Airline IT products within the assigned territory. The primary objective is to exceed monetary targets by guiding a team of solution managers, account managers, project and delivery experts through the pursuit process.

Key Accountabilities:

- Lead complex portfolio pursuits from inception to contract execution, including identifying appropriate solutions, providing commercials, running negotiations, and finalizing agreements.
- Sell Sabre’s technology and data-driven solutions to help airlines grow their businesses and enhance the traveler experience.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the airline industry's challenges and articulate Sabre’s capabilities to address them.
- Coordinate with various functions within airlines to identify new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain positive strategic relationships with airline stakeholders across all levels, including C-Level.
- Obtain internal alignment on pursuits with solution management, delivery, marketing, finance, legal, and executive leadership teams.
- Support the account team to drive growth through continuous customer engagement.

Job Requirements:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills are a plus
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of driving successful outcomes
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Intimate knowledge of the Airline industry preferred
- 10+ years of experience in sales and account management preferred
- Experience in selling technology solutions, including software and consulting
- Thorough understanding of the sales cycle
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels within an organization
- Advanced computer software skills
- Intellectual, Positive, Passionate, Engaging, Teamwork, Good work ethic
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to handle multiple opportunities
- Travel required: 50%
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
