Job Title: Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify and qualify sales leads to expand the customer base.
- Provide exceptional customer service to exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers.
- Create and deliver tailored presentations to showcase our products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.

Market Analysis and Industry Trends:
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Participate in sales meetings and report on sales performance.

Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of sales activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience:
- At least 4 years of experience in B2B & B2C events, conference, and exhibition sponsorship sales.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
- Industry-specific experience is preferred.

Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM).
- A passion for the events industry.
- Fluent in Arabic.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven and goal-oriented.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Valid driving license.
