- Reporting: Report on factors that impact tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate staff to enhance customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Strategic Planning and Implementation: Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales objectives.
- Customer Loyalty: Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Sales Objectives Development: Develop and promote weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
- Sales Reporting: Draft detailed and accurate sales reports.

- Brokerage Companies: Manage relationships and dealings with brokerage companies.
