Job Description
Job Title: Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and grow your sales team to achieve and exceed company’s sales objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with developers and other industry stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing guidance, support, and mentorship to sales team members.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations.
- Actively engage in selling real estate across various sectors, leveraging your expertise.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of sales processes specific to the UAE real estate market.
- Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including trends, pricing, and regulations.
- Experience working with developers and managing rental properties is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid real estate license Abu Dhabi.
