Job Title: SAP Solution Architect

Job Summary:

The SAP Solution Architect is responsible for defining and ensuring compliance with the overall Enterprise Architecture standards and practices for the company’s platform, including SAP, MuleSoft, and OpenText. This role involves identifying and addressing pain points in the existing solution architecture and design, proposing and implementing solutions, and ensuring comprehensive IT documentation and system improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with the company's technical architecture standards and practices for the SAP platform and related technologies.
- Problem Identification: Connect with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify and analyze problem areas within the current solution architecture and design.
- Solution Proposal: Propose and design solutions based on changes or requested enhancements, ensuring they align with the company’s architectural standards.
- IT Documentation: Ensure comprehensive documentation of IT requirements, updates, and solutions.
- Technology Improvement: Analyze current technologies used within the company's platform and determine ways to improve them for better performance and efficiency.
- Integration Design: Maintain and improve integration design to meet the defined purposes and requirements of the company.
- Architectural Evaluation: Conduct architectural evaluations, design, and analysis of the company platform to ensure alignment with business needs and technology standards.
- Framework Establishment: Propose and establish frameworks for contributions from various departments to support architecture and solution development.
- Specifications and Goals: Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions, define clear goals for projects or enhancements, and manage their execution effectively.
- Architecture Discussions: Serve as the main point of contact for architecture discussions as part of the agile digital factory team, facilitating collaboration and decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of relevant work experience in SAP solution architecture or similar roles.
- Languages: Fluent in English.
- Skills:
- Expertise in SAP, MuleSoft, and OpenText platforms.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture standards and practices.
- Proven ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and improve existing technologies.
- Experience in architectural evaluation, design, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with SMEs and various departments.
