Role Description:

As a School Bus Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of transportation services for assigned schools. Your role involves organizing daily activities, coordinating with drivers and attendants, and ensuring compliance with safety and route standards.

Responsibilities:

- Provide operational support and organization for daily transportation activities at assigned schools.
- Assign drivers to bus routes and track the status and location of spare buses.
- Check daily attendance for drivers and car washers, reporting to the bus division supervisor.
- Evaluate the performance of bus drivers and attendants, verifying and approving their hours and timesheets for payroll.
- Review and approve bus runs and routes before the start of the school year.
- Coordinate and conduct bus route and stop audits to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Recommend changes to improve safety and route compliance.
- Verify driver qualifications at the beginning of the school year and as needed during the year.
- Report any bus damage or issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Ensure all daily trips are completed and prepare trip sheets at the end of each day.
- Check school bus registrations and inform the supervisor of any expired registrations.
- Coordinate the transfer of school buses due for service or involved in accidents to the fleet.
- Communicate with customers regarding daily, weekly, and monthly trips.
- Receive and document any damage to school buses, ensuring all paperwork is complete.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports for submission to the supervisor.

Requirements:

- Minimum of two years of experience in the school or education industry.
- Ability to join immediately.
- Visa status compatible with employment.
- Agreement with proposed salary.
- Proficiency in English.
- Location: Abu Dhabi.
