Job Description

Job Title: Senior Facility Service Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Senior Facility Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing facility services at Company Site accommodations, ensuring safe and high-quality living environments. This role involves coordinating daily facility operations, managing budgets, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Planning: Assist the Senior Catering & Accommodation In-charge in aligning with the annual business plan for Camps, Facilities, and Office Management.

- Facility Oversight: Supervise and oversee facility services at Company Site Accommodations, ensuring high standards of safety and satisfaction.

- Operations Management: Coordinate day-to-day facility services and operations, maintaining sanitary conditions and compliance with COMPANY policies.

- Budget Management: Manage Facility & Camp Management budget adherence. Raise purchase requisitions (PRs) for new projects from CAPEX.

- Camp Supervision: Oversee 4 major camps and handle facility arrangements for site shutdowns and additional manpower needs.

- Housekeeping and Maintenance: Plan, organize, and supervise facility work and housekeeping activities in camps to uphold sanitary standards. Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and safety rules.

- Contract Administration: Administer service contracts, ensuring cost-effective implementation and adherence to terms and conditions. Check spare parts supplies and equipment regularly.

- Health and Safety Compliance: Liaise with HSE for health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Implement HACCP and safety requirements. Ensure compliance with relevant HSE policies, procedures, and controls.

- Reporting: Prepare Daily and Monthly MIS reports. Conduct periodic review meetings with service providers to ensure service quality and improvements.

- Coordination: Coordinate with the P&S Contracts Management Team to ensure compliance with agreements, statements of work (SOW), and pricing schedules.

- Supervision and Training: Provide guidelines and supervision to contractors, ensuring timely task implementation within allocated budgets. Ensure continuous training and quality performance of staff.

- Standards Compliance: Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures, and sustainability guidelines, aligning with international standards and COMPANY Code of Practices.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Facility/Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, preferably within the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry, with exceptional knowledge in facility management.
- Skills: Excellent skills in accommodation and hospitality services. Effective communication and customer service abilities. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, SAP, and similar platforms.
