Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Job Summary:

The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining user interfaces for mobile and web applications. This role ensures a seamless user experience throughout the application development cycle by creating intuitive and engaging designs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design Process: Participate in the design process to create optimal User Experience (UX) for COMPANY applications.
- Usability Testing: Plan and analyze usability testing for projects, providing suggestions for interface improvements.
- Prototyping: Create prototypes to represent compelling UX and develop high-fidelity designs to showcase final projects.
- UI Design: Implement and create user interface designs, guidelines, and various aspects of prototypes and mock-ups.
- Collaboration: Work with internal and external clients to maintain COMPANY corporate identity guidelines.
- Brand Management: Collaborate with other departments to create and manage COMPANY brand assets.
- Project Design: Develop design solutions tailored to specific project needs throughout the application development life cycle.
- Redesigns: Address and redesign mobile and web applications to enhance user experience based on identified weak points.
- Front-End Support: Write HTML/CSS code and provide front-end support for the development of services or applications.
- Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing and A/B tests before implementation to ensure compliance with specifications and suggest improvements.
- Additional Duties: Perform other job-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role with demonstrated experience in UI/UX design.
- Languages: Fluent in English; Arabic is optional but preferred.
- Skills:
- Proficient in UI/UX design tools and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development.
- Experience in creating and testing prototypes and mock-ups.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
