Position Title: Call Center Agent

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers and clients.
Identify customer needs, address concerns, and provide effective solutions.
Upsell additional products or services when appropriate.
Adhere to the customer service script provided by the company to ensure uniformity.
Stay well-informed about company policies and the website to answer frequently asked questions and policy-related inquiries.
