Job Description
Position: Customer Service Representative:
Responsibilities:
1. Consumer Interaction: Understand and address consumer demands by providing timely and effective service and solutions.
2. Information Accuracy: Offer accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools.
3. Query Management: Manage consumer queries and complaints in real-time, providing practical solutions to ensure complete problem resolution.
4. Data Compilation: Maintain a comprehensive customer database, recording detailed information about each interaction.
5. Product Knowledge: Collaborate with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
6. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns to enhance customer satisfaction.
Skills - Preferred Candidate:
1. CRM Proficiency: Adept in using customer relationship management (CRM) software to provide excellent client services.
2. Education: High school graduate or a fresh graduate.
3. Communication Skills: Proficient in answering phone calls with professional etiquette and a friendly tone.
4. Communication and Presentation: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Time Management: Thorough understanding of setting priorities for tasks to comply with set deadlines and responsibilities.
6. Language Proficiency: Good English language skills.
