Job Description
Position: Administrative Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage customer interactions and facilitate the creation of a positive visitor experience.
- Handle a high volume of incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide world-class service to our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings while effectively managing staff calendars and schedules.
- Accurately enter and maintain accounting data and generate relevant reports.
Skills:
- Demonstrated excellence in computer skills, with a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Skillful scheduling and confirmation of meetings.
- Ensure meticulous file organization based on office protocols.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively multitask, organize, and prioritize work assignments.
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and effective communication abilities.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is a prerequisite.
