Position Title: Security Officer

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment within our premises. Your duties include:

- Conducting thorough security patrols and monitoring surveillance systems to detect and prevent unauthorized activities.
- Enforcing security protocols and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Responding promptly to incidents and emergencies, conducting investigations, and writing detailed reports.
- Monitoring and controlling access to restricted areas, verifying identification, and enforcing access control procedures.
- Conducting regular inspections of security equipment and ensuring proper functioning.
- Collaborating with local law enforcement and emergency services to coordinate responses and assist with investigations.
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting visitors and staff with inquiries and resolving any security-related issues.
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve security measures and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- With or without SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) certification.
- Emirates ID holders are preferred.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong observational skills.
