Job Title: Painter

Responsibilities:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and smoothing them.
- Mix and match paint to desired colors and textures.
- Apply paint or other finishes to various surfaces, including walls, ceilings, furniture, and fixtures.
- Use brushes, rollers, or spray guns to apply paint.
- Cover surfaces with cloth or plastic to ensure protection during the painting process.
- Repair cracks, holes, and other imperfections in surfaces before painting.
- Select and use appropriate tools and equipment for each job.
- Follow safety guidelines and wear protective gear during the painting process.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
- Collaborate with other painters or construction professionals on larger projects.

Requirements:

- Completed ITI or similar certifications in painting.
- Knowledge of various painting techniques and methods.
- Skill in mixing and applying paint to achieve desired results.
- Attention to detail and precision in work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Understanding of safety protocols and precautions.
