Job Title: Vice Principal - Elementary (UAE National)

Bloom Education is seeking a highly experienced UAE National for the position of Vice Principal at our Ras Al Khaimah school, set to begin in April 2024. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Principal to implement innovative strategies for the US curriculum.
- Provide professional leadership and management of teaching and learning across the school in partnership with the Principal.
- Ensure effective organization and management of school resources to maintain a safe and productive learning environment.
- Promote high-quality education, fostering collective responsibility within the school community.
- Develop a collaborative school ethos that encourages knowledge sharing, celebrates achievements, and accepts responsibility for outcomes.
- Ensure strategic planning reflects the diversity, values, and experiences of the school and the broader UAE community.
- Monitor, evaluate, and review the impact of school policies, priorities, and targets, making necessary adjustments.
- Work with the Principal to enhance teaching quality and student achievement, setting high expectations and assessing the effectiveness of learning outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Education and Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 8 years of teaching experience, including at least 3 years in a management role.
- Proven experience in leading school initiatives that have successfully improved standards and student achievements.
- Experience with the American curriculum is preferred.
- This position is exclusively open to UAE Emirati Nationals.
