Agriculture Worker

Job Title: Agriculture Worker

Responsibilities:
1. Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops, including vegetables, fruits, and grains.
2. Monitor and inspect crops for pests, diseases, and other issues.
3. Prepare soil and apply fertilizers and pesticides as required.
4. Operate and maintain farm tools and equipment.
5. Perform general farm maintenance, including cleaning and repairing tools and equipment.
6. Monitor irrigation systems and make adjustments as needed.
7. Load and unload harvested crops.
8. Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
9. Maintain records of crops, yields, and other relevant data.
10. Follow instructions from supervisors.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in agriculture or farming is preferred.
- Knowledge of agricultural practices and techniques.
- Ability to operate farm tools and equipment.
- Physical strength and stamina.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Flexible schedule.

Salary: AED 1100 + Food + Accommodation + Transportation + Standard benefits as per UAE law
